Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at tmorgan.web@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
